The world is not to be put in order. The world is order. It is for us to put ourselves in unison with this order. —Henry Miller

Our bodies know that they belong; it is our minds that make our lives so homeless… We have fallen out of rhythm with life. The art of belonging is the recovery of the wisdom of rhythm. – John O’Donohue

In this meditative processional to Crane Lake, we will use sound bathing and forest bathing techniques to wash away thoughts so we can reconnect our minds and bodies and realign with our true nature: with the order that is fully around and deep within.

Cranes are graceful birds and are true explorers of their environment. They are quite vocal and dance spectacularly. According to some, their message to us is to dance in life and to lose ourselves in the beauty around us. When we get to Crane Lake, we will do a sacred ceremony so we too may gracefully take flight.

On the return, we will revel in the peace, the joy, and the belonging.
