The Circuit of 5 Viewpoints is a trail that offers a challenging traverse from the moment you leave the trailhead. Hikers ascend a gentle rise along the stony backbone of a classic Canadian Shield ridge, a route designed for both scenic value and minimal environmental impact. Along the way you will pass under a canopy of maple, ash, ironwood, cherry, white pine and hemlock. Each viewpoint is situated on a different dramatic cliff that overlooks rugged valleys, placid rivers, marsh meadows, or scenic distant lakes. There are 5 large inclines leading to each scenic viewpoint.
