“Our bodies know that they belong; it is our minds that make our lives so homeless… We have fallen out of rhythm with life. The art of belonging is the recovery of the wisdom of rhythm”. – John O’Donohue
In this meditative processional hike, we will use sound bathing and forest bathing techniques to release ourselves into the magic of the forest and deepen our sense of belonging.
Along the way, your guide, Marcia Mandel, will point out how we mirror nature and how it is constantly showing us how to connect and relax into the joy and the challenges of being part of these vast organic systems we inhabit.
At Crane Lake, we will do a ceremony to open, even more, to the beauty around and within.
The hike back will be a joyous celebration of the wonders we encountered.
- Grippers may be needed if icy. Snowshoes may be needed if there is a recent snowfall.
